This test is skipped because Raxx.Blueprint does not add a 404 response handler
https://github.com/CrowdHailer/elixir-on-docker/blob/master/integration/test/integration_test.exs#L14

To remove this :skip tag a PR will be need on Raxx.Blueprint to return a 404 response.
The contents of this 404 response could be the api docs.
