When disabling "handle all clicked links within this browser" to allow opening external apps, sometimes this will prompt you to use an official app from the Play store instead of an app that is actually set up on the device to open links.
For example if I go to Reddit, in other browsers it will prompt me to open Redreader FOSS Reddit app. In 17.0-beta4 it prompts me to download the actual Reddit app from the Play store instead of using the app I have set up to open all Reddit associated links.
