v0.5.7-beta: installer: use autodesktop for per-user and all-users desktop shortcut

Fix desktop shortcut failing when installer runs as current user.
{commondesktop} always targets Public\Desktop, which requires admin.
{autodesktop} resolves to the current user desktop for per-user installs
and Public\Desktop for all-users (admin) installs, matching {autopf}
behavior already used for the install directory.
