As turned out in a mattermost discussion (CRP / _Helpline) our tbg description at readthedocs may not be immediately applicable for cases when a picongpu.profile is already provided for the system. It logically aims at new users without the profile ready, but does not clearly address the case when a profile exists. I think for this case it should encourage the default values for -s and -t of tbg.

Related: #3246 already aims to remove the old Hypnos-related stuff.
