[CameraView] Android - Fix SetSurfaceProvider crash

Description of Change

Update both Xamarin.AndroidX.Camera.Camera2 and Xamarin.AndroidX.Camera.View packages.
Fix the call to SetSurfaceProvider that changed with the new packages.
