This PR prevents Dependabot from automatically updating Aspire.Hosting dependencies by adding an ignore rule in the project's Dependabot configuration.
- Added an ignore rule for "Aspire.Hosting" and "Aspire.Hosting.*" in .github/dependabot.yml
