McpInspector: Should probably remove Sse as transport type

The spec has moved away from SSE in favor of Streamable HTTP -- since this isn't released yet as a package resource out of beta -- might be good to not introduce something already deprecated in the spec.

We do have a stable release - https://www.nuget.org/packages/CommunityToolkit.Aspire.Hosting.McpInspector/9.6.0

I didn't realise that SSE had already been removed from the spec (I knew it was deprecated). We could make the enum value as Obsolete in our codebase with a plan to remove
