I need 3d texturing workflow that works by downloading ONCE all needed things

I currently got 2 PC machines :
1-My pc machine where I download the models does not support comfy needs. it serves to get the models.
2- The pc able to make run the portable comfy, BUT IN NO INTERNET CONNECTION IS AUTHORIZED with purpose. I can transfer the models to make comfy work by a usb key.
Everything 3d generation of mesh works, but the problem is: I WILL NOT type anything to git etc...and I simply CAN'T.

I dont' want missing dependencies to occur. I JUST WANT TO GET THE WORKFLOW AND EVERYTHING TO MAKE 3D TEXTURING ABLE IN A PORTABLE ONE SOLUTION
WITHOUT THE NEED TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. a TRUE PORTABLE out of the box SOLUTION to get TEXTURED MESH....Please Please...do something for me !!

And I am not alone. Even the custom nodes are problematic obviously.
