Scout incorrectly reports success

Steps to reproduce:

• Clone https://github.com/Manta-Network/Manta.git
• Checkout 45ba60e1d940dbf3491ce0f1223e44c84d5b7218
• Go into pallets/manta-pay
• cargo scout-audit

Expected behavior: Scout should report in its summary that the crate pallet_manta_pay failed to be analyzed due to compilation errors.
Actual behavior: Scout reports the the crate was analyzed.
