Resource count calcualtion details Needed

We are using an Application that is built over GWT framework for a retail account. We have the below questions regarding CXOptimize

Version Used:
IDE- Eclipse to run the selenium script
CXOptimizeAPI-2.0.6
CXOptimizeCollector-2.0.5
Elastic search -5.5.2

“Resource Count” – Does it show the cumulative “resources count “ for all the transactions or it shows it separately for each individual request?

This question arises as we see only 2 requests in developer tools for “Stock management” transaction , but there are more number of requests “CXOptimize HAR” file.

We also tried for one more application where we saw the exact number of requests in both CXOptimize and Developer tools. Can you please help us enlighten us on the same?
