Balsamiq Import out of research commands

There is Java code supporting this feature and yet it doesn't seem to be exposed in the UI. Where are we on this?

Perusing the source code reveals this feature is found once Research commands are enabled and a "converters directory" has been specified within Preferences. The feature is available.

Let's do some testing to see if this is ready to come out of research. Incredibly, there is a converter for Balsamiq Wireframes. (Moving this from question to enhancement, the enhancement being moving this out of research commands.)

Some bugs to iron out before this can exit research commands.

Also, this feature might take a turn as Balsamiq has changed their Mockups file format from an XML-based file format, BMML, to a SQL Lite based file, BMPR.
