Context
In EventStore we cannot remove selected events, but we can remove whole streams.
I'm not sure if it's possible to have all personal data only in one stream for certain user.

Problems:
currently subscriptions checking if any event was ommitted. In case of deleting events - it won't work for all events.
What about deleteded streams?
EventStore support that, how is it solved?
