CoderDojoPonceSprings.Events

General Instructrions:

  1. Make sure that existing workstations are unplugged and put in pool room
  2. Each folding table has 2 chairs, each set of 2 tables has a plug strip
  3. Teaching stations include monitor and place to connect laptop(s)
  4. Use painter's tape and signs to block access to upstairs
  5. Set up 2 tables for snacks (use cooler for drinks)
  6. Use the table in the lobby to track attendance and to be a central organizing point.
