Don't refresh the transactions list while the user is browsing

Currently, the recent transactions list is refreshed every 10 seconds to show newly created transactions.

It causes a bug when a user is trying to browse the transaction history. For example, if the list is refreshed when a user was looking at the second page, the list changes and shows the first page and the remaining page numbers.
