Use UUID over name matching

Currently, we have to add whitespace behind a tokens name if there are several unique tokens with the same name but different values, colors etc. to avoid conflicts.

When introducing an UUID to our file (based off scryfall card id?), it's a starting point for Cockatrice to reference to later.

With Cockatrice/Cockatrice#5158 in mind, it could allow users to select a specific token art potentially too.

we're either going to have to introduce a separate file or wait a while before updating the tokens here in order to allow people to update though, we don't even have a new release yet.
