Request explanation from subscription, action tabs #32

Not much involved to get this working. The diff ns has a fact component that we should be able to drop in seamlessly for actions and subscriptions so long as we can satisfy its arguments, in particular eavt-map used to request the explanation.
Ultimately we should allow an explain request for any fact we display (including within explanations). This issue get consumed by that effort but we consider it separately here since it's highly inconsistent to only have this behavior on the diff tab, so it's likely of higher value (and lower cost) to add it here first.
