All target_moving_vehicles monsters will in fact target any vehicles in range and it's to prevent the player from using remote controlled or "hidden driver" vehicles to ram turrets and whatnot. Any PRs addressing this will need to keep in mind solutions that prevent those cheats rather than just making neutral monsters ignore vehicles.
Ideally monsters with this feature would have a range, less than their full vision, that any vehicles entering would be shot at.
Describe the bug
If you try to drive a vehicle, any kind, Exodii Jotun proceeds to shoot you until the vehicle stops moving.

Expected behavior
They're neutral, so they shouldn't really try to shoot you to death AT ALL.
Unless they're scared of vehicles.
