Transactions get relayed without errors but not mined on blockchain

This might be an issue in circles-core or circles-myxogastria, but I'll move it here for now.

What happenend:

• I trusted someone in the app
• The app automatically requested the next UBI payout at the same time, it gets mined: https://blockscout.com/poa/xdai/tx/0x3fbb711a9e43d01dd617aaaf1ca818b143f08493021c151791e4876af777e27b/token-transfers
• The creation of the trust connection was shown in the app UI, there are no visible errors in the app and network panel
• The trust transaction did not appear as a transaction on blockscout. When refreshing the app it disappears / eg. was not found on the blockchain
