Let's sort out rebuildWithSQL vs playbackSQLtoDatabase. They both do the same thing.... let's choose one, and refactor the other out.

so i looked at it... and make changes so that all db updates are using rebuildWithSQL ... which calls playbackSQLtoDatabase with a root dir...
