css and js files fail to load

I am having problem getting the CSS styling to load on a HostGator shared server. Additionally, I am unable to get pass the username and password. I have installed the 12.8 MB file ChurchCRM 2.7.5 file.

check your sRootPath in your Config.php file.

A quick glance at Developer Tools reveals that the browser is asking for the page at a ( very long ) URL:

if you're putting ChurchCRM on the root path of a domain, your sRootPath in Config.php should be empty.

Wow. That fixed it. I changed the include/config.php file to reflect a blank sRoot.

I don't know where I got the idea that since I was using a subdomain, i needed to put a path in the sRoot location. Thanks a lot.
