All the fields are missing on the System Setting - Church Information screen. It does not show in Firefox, Edge, or IE

I've seen this before. I forget what causes it. I'll try to hunt it down.

Is this on your production system?

It is on both, I don't need to change any of the information, just noticed it.

it was on both 2.2.3 and 2.24. I did not go back to any older versions

this looks exactly like #1220

It almost seems that your DB doesn't have the cfg_order column.

How long have you been using ChurchCRM, and what upgrade paths have you followed? I'm rather concerned that your database is an inconsistent state.

We may be able to rectify things here - but no guarantees.

First, make a backup of your database.

next, try running

ALTER TABLE config_cfg
ADD COLUMN cfg_order INT NULL COMMENT '' AFTER cfg_category;
and then try running the src\mysql\upgrade\update_config.sql file against your database.

This should re-build the config settings and hopefully get you squared away.
