Many issues are opened...

Could we close some issues as new applications are added and those kind of issues can be closed? Some issues can be converted to discussion such as winget install failure, etc...
It is hard to track and monitor all 260+ issues and might missing some good suggestions?

Most of them are just "winget failed to install."

After some research I found that a lot of issues of winget failed to install seems related to the introduction of the flag --scope=machine

Found the flag was added in the commit bf271b8 but was without a description of the thought process and now seems like is causing a lot of issues with packages that doesn't have Scope: machine in the manifest.

I would like to hear from you and maybe come up with a solution 🙃
