winutil says DONE but nothing installed *RESOLVED

Hey guys,
First time poster here. Love this tool, purchased it from your store @ChrisTitusTech, not had any issues with it until now. Running up an AMD based laptop (win11) and the tool installs choc and winget just fine and steps through each install from my config and reports DONE but nothing has installed? .... any ideas?

"Your winget needs updating because the one that shipped with win11 23h2 is missing some functionalities.
You can do that from Microsoft Store by updating your "App Installer" (winget) application, or by using choco from shell: choco install winget.
Both ways work fine and you will be able to install apps using winutil."
