Mastodon/peertube federation issue since 6.3.2

Describe the current behavior

Hello!

I have a problem concerning federation with mastdon account since Peertube 6.3.2.

Comments (and sometimes, video) does not seem to federate anymore, and comments especially cannot are not searchable anymore in Mastodon search bar.

I have dug in older comments visible in Mastodon, and before 6.3 it was the following format: https://videos.pair2jeux.tube/videos/watch/affd808f-1165-4ea0-a878-5715899fabea/comments/99560
=> works when searching in Mastodon

Now, the same comments is in the following format: https://videos.pair2jeux.tube/w/nJswXqkeGfBPNZpE4HccRu;threadId=99561
=> Search failed in mastodon search bar, and thus all the federation process does not work anymore.

This is exactly the same comment, but first was generated with Peertube 6.2

Not sure what is the cause of this change, or if I am missing something, but I am interested by any help here :-)

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to as 6.3 instance (example: https://videos.pair2jeux.tube/w/affd808f-1165-4ea0-a878-5715899fabea )
2. Get a link to a comment by right clicking on the comment's date and copy the link
3. Search the copied link in any Mastodon instance
4. Comments is not found :'(

Describe the expected behavior

Comments should be searchable, and federated, with Mastodon (and by extension any other federated tools, as plemora?)
