Synchronize the time counter with the video in the chapter editor

Describe the problem to be solved

When I use the new (6.0~rc1) chapter editor, I can see the video, but I can "take" the time where I am currently in the video frame to fill the time in the latest chapter

In the example screenshot above, I'd like either :

• to have a button to copy the time (26"46) in the video to the latest (here number 2) editing timecode
• or to just make it so that when I pause the video, the current time is copied to the latest (here number 2) editing timecode
