Describe the problem to be solved
When a unregistered user clicks on the "like" button under a peertube video, they get the message "You need to be logged in to rate this video.", with only a link to sign in to the Peertube instance, giving the false impression that one cannot like remotely.
Hence, to like the video with a remote account, say from Mastodon, one has to do as if they were about to write a comment until they see the post in their home instance.
This works very well but is slightly confusing, especially for newcomers.
Describe the solution you would like:
Hitting the "like" button when unregistered could trigger the same window as when hitting the "Add comment" line.
