Host livestreams from same or other instances

Describe the problem to be solved
In order to improve content's discovery and binding the communities, a function similiar to Twitch's Host/Raid, Facebook's Chaining Viewers and the recent Youtube's Live Redirect would be a nice implementation to the software.

Describe the solution you would like:
An UI button for activating the livestream host of the selected livestream inside your livestream, similiar to Twitch's streamer dashboard or bzzt/FrankerFaceZ Twitch's plugins.
If the Istances' management improves, you could host the livestreams not only from within the same istance, but from other ones as well.

Describe alternatives you have considered
In case the target istance doesn't allow the hosting due to its policy or for the lack of bandwith, a simple URL paste inside the Chat is enough to send viewers to the next livestream instead of remaining in the same page.
