allow paused live to play from that point instead of current live

i am currently watching live on this url and this works but if i pause for some time and then play again, the video skips to the latest time.

Describe the solution you would like:
the video should play from the current seek position with option to skip to latest broadcast because one might pause the stream for whatever reason and then watch it delayed

Also if we can seek back, it would be much better. May be if there's a way to cache the video in browser then that should be fine too.
