If I deleted a video present inside a playlist, the playlist will still display a place for the deleted content.

To avoid double deletion action (video + playlist slot), videos deleted should probably be deleted inside playlists automatically.

Hello,

This is an intended behaviour track videos that has been deleted or had their privacy changed. We could imagine a button to automatically purge playlists though

In the next PeerTube version this will be possible to solve with this plugin https://framagit.org/kontrollanten/peertube-plugin-playlist-reverse-order
