Summary

Need a way to measure 1) physical proximity (geo latency) and 2) NAT traversal (ip4 to ip6 translation) impact on overall latency
Only applicable for non-local deployments (cloud) unless network emulation tools (eg. Shadow) have such configuration, which is doubtful
