A wiki would be great.
The cumulus one would be a good foundation. From there it can be expanded to have more info.
It could then be used for an in-game manual too.

Not sure which direction would be best to go with it.
Not a journal nor a progressive unlock. Maybe just a simple listing?

Unless if someone else has ideas I'll start writing it soonish and I'll figure out a style as I go.
