- A simple web project that simulates how color blindness peoples see the colors
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS;
- Any Browser (tested succesfully in Google Chrome, Opera, Opera GX and Microsoft Edge;
- Express, Body-Parser and Color-Blind installed with npm;
- JQuery and AnyJS libraries (both are in assets folder).
Preparing Node and Installing Packages (do this step just once)
- Download the source code;
- Open Computer's Terminal;
- Go to Server folder;
- Tip:
npm init
npm install express
npm install body-parser
npm install color-blind
Running the Application
- Open simulator.html in your browser;
- Open Computer's Terminal;
- Go to Server folder;
- Tip:
node index.js
- Color Blindness Types:
Protanomaly >> sees low amounts of red
Protanopia >> sees no red
Deuteranomaly >> sees low amounts of green
Deuteranopia >> sees no green
Tritanomaly >> sees low amounts of blue
Tritanopia >> sees no blue
Achromatomaly >> sees absence of most color
Achromatopsia >> sees no color at all
