Have one wiki, which captures building and running the model. And point the configuration repos to this one wiki.
Have one wiki for building/development work and one wiki for running the model and cross reference between them without repetition (as far as practical).
I think I favor the first (because it gives flexibility to captures MOM6-CICE6-WW3 & CICE6-WW3 configs) and it's easier to write for where the build configuration affects the running of the model.
Edit: We should also avoid repeating the README files too as far as practical
The wiki is out of date, particularly
./build.sh
puts binaries inRelease/bin
andDebug/bin
CMakeLists.txt
rather thanbuild.sh
