Problem is in rapclust, reading from output of salmon (0.6) or salfish, assume 'aux/' is name of auxiliary directory, but it is parameter the user can modify. If user runs with non-standard option, name will be different.

salmon 0.7 has different default aux directory name.

This should be resolved by @Keyavi's pull request #11.
