Use native file chooser

Java Swing's file chooser is clunky and annoying.  Try using the native file

Switching over to selecting a "Project File" instead of a the current "Project Folder" should allow us to use the FileDialog #192 . Maybe include this for a summer intern implementing the creation of Project Files.

I've messed around with the look and feel settings of the file dialog and it looks a lot nicer now, BirdBrainDev branch.
