Forcing variable naming is inconsistent with model-agnostic/model-specific philosophy

Changes needed:

• Reading of forcing variables to download from control file (i.e. variable names as used in the source dataset)
• Renaming of downloaded forcing variables to model-specific requirements as part of model-specific forcing generation. Control file should include a dictionary that maps source variable names onto model variable names.
