Change Okta password reset rules

Description

Based on feedback from users, we'd like to increase the frequency in which users are forced to reset their password from 60 days to 90 days.

Proposed solution

1. Go to the Okta Admin Panel
2. Click "Default Policy"
3. Click "Edit"
4. Scroll to "Password Settings" -> "Password age"
5. Update the "Password expires after X days" from "60" to "90"
6. Inform the team and the support team when this is complete

• Do we need to inform anyone else besides the team and the support team?
• Do we also want to update the activation email link expiring at 6am to 24hours?
