OHMS accepts transcripts in 30-second intervals with the attached format.

What category of transcript would that text file import as? Plain text, I assume? Doing an inport transcript and out to OHMS.xml for a file like that test file would be relatively easy I would think. Converting JSON or caption formats for export is a different matter, right? So for starters, we might propose it be a plain text pass-thru operation only....
