As an indexer, I want a timecoded transcript to stay in sync (i.e. auto-scroll) with the media. E.g. when I skip ahead 10 minutes, I would like the transcript to scroll to the new current time. #108

When the transcript is VTT, it will auto-scroll only once the media hits the beginning of a new paragraph rather than scrolling to the correct paragraph right away. If a paragraph is long, it can take a long time before the transcript auto-scrolls.
