Display keyboard shortcuts in the tool

Let's also add the Shortcuts text to the Sample Project.

The title should be "# Keyboard Shortcuts" and then the rest can be freeform notes as written in the image. Let's make the timecode for that segment be [00:01:00]

Proposed copy for shortcuts display:

Shortcuts:
"cmd/ctrl + j" = add timecode
"esc" = play/pause the media
"ctrl + [" = skip the media backward
"ctrl + ]" = skip the media forward

Markdown:
"#" = mark a title
">" = mark a segment synopsis
"keywoard1, keyword2, etc." = mark keyword(s)

Defining timecodes:
type [mm:ss] or [hh:mm:ss] in square brackets
"[timecode] + new line" = section break timecode
"cmd/ctrl + j" = change timecode type

I'm in favor of those edits. Also, just to point out that I think github automatically bolded @cartograforce's keywords...there are are ** on each side of the keywords there
