If I refresh the page, the buttons and other items in that row come back.

@overZellis133 I'm having difficult reproducing that bug. Is it possible to outline the steps required to reproduce? Thanks

This happened to me, at the same time the Notes field wouldn't scroll down as I typed off the bottom of one page. Nothing special about the prior conditions: I loaded a video then waited a while before I used the instance. Refreshing the page seems to do the trick and bring back the buttons. Also, just copying into another instance. This was on W10, Chrome.
