Add a MIDI CC for calling A or B in AB mode (Wired Midi)

Following the amazing ideia developed by @lucastephann, wich allows setting a preset for A or B bank, it would be useful a new midi CC for switching to A or B and other CC for inverting the actual selection...

I dont know, the button on the tonex one does a/b..

in my usecase, i have 4 presets readily available using a chocolate plus(without having switch banks). I set them to be loaded in the slot A (you can do this in the Web Config). And on slot B i have a 5th preset (less used, but should be quickly called upon for a couple of songs) readily accessible using the switch on the tonex one.

if you’re mobile is connected, you can always invert the settings..
