Add validation to prevent duplicate component names during registration

Currently, when registering a component in the builder, it is possible to use a name that has already been registered. This can lead to unexpected behavior and conflicts at runtime.
To avoid such issues, the system should validate component names during registration and prevent users from registering a component if a component with the same name already exists. An appropriate error message should be shown to guide the user.
