很期待Ctranlate2能够支持起来，加速效果很给力，

目前有几个算子CTranslate2还没有支持，只能自己增加算子。
https://github.com/li-plus/chatglm.cpp 这个项目目前也不错。
vllm-project/vllm#244 vllm 后续也会支持chatglm
