Need help with bad internet #2662
Comments
Hello there 👋 Please respond as soon as possible if a Pi-Apps maintainer requests more information from you. Stale issues will be closed after a lengthy period of time with no response. |
Try running these commands in a terminal to see if more output shows what the problem could be.
If it fails, please post the full output here. Please note that I tried this myself and on my system it worked. If it works on your side but is still failing from the Pi-Apps installer, that would be useful to know and investigate further. |
cloning fails such as the above are internet errors (either with your ISP or your local connection itself (eg: wifi/ethernet home network)). There is nothing at pi-apps that can be done for such an issue. Some BAD ISPs (eg: cellular connections) may limit the maximum packet length allowed causing these errors, it is their issue and you will need to resolve it with them using their methods. |

Description
Using Pi-Apps to install PPSSPP on Ubuntu 20.04 Orange Pi Zero 2 W 4 G failed to clone the repo. I tried 3 times with this time actually looking at the problem and making effort to find a solution.
