Create notes with a click

Please make it so that when clicking a link [[test]] or [test](test) a new note will be created (or opened if it already exists)

There would first need to be a change into how notes are linked, as the links currently are based on internal reference, which doesn't exist if there is no note yet.

Won't fix it since the current app allowing to create documents with the same title.
