Summary | When the UTM code is added to the end of the URL, the form can't be submitted. Removing that UTM code fixes the issue. Unable to replicate on dev site with up to date WordPress version and Weforms plugin version. If this is still a reoccurring issue please provide the WordPress version and plugin version you are experiencing the issue with.
