Crio Custom Header Glitches

1. Go thru Inspirations with a Crio theme (I used the LET'S ROCK music one)
2. Open the Customizer and navigate to Header > Site Header Layout > Select Layout > Custom
3. Delete the menu from the first row
4. Add a new row and a menu and it glitches out - empty space above the actual controls and I cannot add the Main Menu even tho it isn't assigned anywhere anymore.

It doesn't matter if it's side or top apparently I thought it was only side at first.
