Allow base model to be changed prior download (just like how we can edit model filename before download)

Sometimes authors upload models using not specific base model.
As of result, if we use sub folder creation based on retrieved base model, it will use the base model defined by the user.

Sadly there are many models uploaded as "other" base model.

An example would be this lora:
https://civitai.com/models/78110

The actual model is SD 1.5, but its uploaded as "other".
Since users are allowed to change the model filename prior download, would it be possible to allow users to change the base model as well? either free text or a drop down menu would do (based on what base model this extension supports already). But I guess free text is easiest which is fine as well.
