Sort/Filter by tags + "tag" clarification

This is a request to allow users to "tag" models/loras with an easy way to add/remove tags, with a color/emoji selector, plus filter by tags for easy use, as well as tags being displayed in pills on the model select screen.

It looks like in the docs and updates the word tag is used to describe what is added to the activation text.

I'm talking about a separate system of tags, not activation text/trigger.

It might also be worth clarifying in the updates when you talk about tags or the "Activation text", do you mean just words to be added to prompt, or does this change what triggers the actual use of the lora?

If its just text being added then "Activation text" box could be changed to be called "Positive prompt", with an explainer underneath that these are tags added to the positive prompt automatically, and that some LORAs require certain tags to be activated/trigger words.
